DATA CARE

Browse data controls inside tpplay

Your policy rights are only useful when the handling steps are plain. We separate account identity, wallet records, device logs, support chats and cookie data so each type has a clear reason…

Data minimisation

We ask for the details needed to create your account, protect access, process UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments, and meet record duties. Extra fields are avoided unless a support or verification step needs them.

Cookie choices

Cookies keep you signed in, remember language choices and flag risky sessions. You can clear them in your browser, though some account and security functions may need fresh sign-in after removal.

Payment record handling

UPI IDs, Paytm references, PhonePe confirmations and bank status messages are used to match wallet entries, handle disputes and meet accounting duties. We do not sell payment records to advertisers.

Security checks

Login alerts, IP patterns, device fingerprints and failed password attempts help us spot unauthorised access. When a check is triggered, we may pause sensitive account changes until you confirm ownership.

Retention windows

We keep records for as long as needed for account use, dispute handling, tax, security and legal duties. After that, records are deleted, anonymised or archived with restricted access.

Change requests

You can ask us to correct, export or delete eligible personal details. Some records may remain when law, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation or unresolved disputes require us to keep them.

Discover your privacy rights

These answers explain the parts of the Privacy Policy you are most likely to use after opening your account. They cover data categories, cookies, payment records, correction requests, retention and location-based handling. If your question is about a specific wallet entry, device alert or identity check, contact us from the account email so we can connect the request to the correct record.

It covers account details, contact data, KYC documents when requested, wallet entries, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe references, device logs, cookies and support messages. We use each category only for the purposes described in the policy.

Device and cookie data helps keep your session stable, remember choices, detect login risk and measure site performance. You can manage cookies in your browser, but removing them may require a new sign-in.

Email the privacy desk from your account email with your username and the request type. We may ask for a recent payment reference or mobile check before sharing records.

Yes. Send the corrected detail and proof where needed, such as a mobile number change or name spelling update. We will amend eligible records and tell you if any record must stay unchanged for legal reasons.

Payment data is shared only with parties needed to process or verify a transaction, such as UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, banking partners, fraud checks and accounting tools. Contracts limit how those records can be used.

Retention depends on record type. Session logs may be shorter, while wallet, tax, dispute or verification records may need longer storage. When the reason ends, we delete, anonymise or restrict access.

Your privacy rights and account access can depend on local law. In India, we apply this policy where local law permits, and we adjust requests when a legal duty requires a different handling step.
